Charges for cab, car hire pick-up and drop-off, catering orders, and any other charges ordered separately in addition to the flight.
Other consumption tax and other expenses
Flight fees are invoiced at the end of each month and deducted from the fees that have been paid in advance to us. Any excess over the pre-paid fees can be paid by bank transfer by the end of the following month, or by credit card.
Optional fees will be invoiced at the end of the month and paid at the end of the following month, in the order in which the invoiced amounts are finalized. Payment can be made by bank transfer or credit card.
The credit card used for payment of flight and option fees will be the credit card registered with us in advance, and payment will be made on the date of debit of the respective credit card.
The service will be provided on the date of the customer’s confirmed reservation.
Flight Cancellation Policy
As a general rule, no cancellation fee will be charged to the customer under any circumstances when there is no reason for cancellation by the customer. In the case of cancellation at the request of the customer, the following will apply

No cancellation fee will be charged for reservations cancelled or modified up to 3 days (72 hours) prior to scheduled departure time.
Cancellations or changes of reservations made after 72 hours will be subject to the following cancellation fees.
After 72 hours: 50% of flight charge
After 24 hours: 100% of the flight price
Peak Days *1 *No cancellation fee will be charged for reservations cancelled or changed up to one week (168 hours) prior to scheduled departure time in both major service areas and outside of major service areas.
Cancellations or changes of reservations after one week (168 hours) will be subject to the following cancellation fees.
After 168 hours: 100% of the flight price

There is no change fee in either case.
For changes made up to 72 hours prior to the departure of a flight on regular days and up to 1 week (168 hours) prior to the departure of a flight during peak periods, the fee will be the same as the changed details, provided that we are able to make the change. No cancellation fee will be charged if a flight is canceled due to our inability to make the change.
If we are able to make changes to your flight after the above period, there will be no additional charge. If we are unable to make such changes and the flight is cancelled, the above “Flight Cancellation Policy” will apply.
