San Marino, like Japan, is a member of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO), a specialized United Nations agency. This means that certification by San Marino’s National Civil Aviation Authority follows internationally recognized safety laws, standards, and procedures—comparable to those in Japan. At OpenSky, we maintain our fleet in full compliance with these standards through a certified maintenance organization, with regular audits to ensure continued safety and airworthiness.

We manage maintenance and airworthiness inspections for the HondaJet HA-420, as well as other cutting-edge light jets. To uphold the highest safety standards, we apply advanced maintenance techniques and maintain rigorous quality control at every stage.
OpenSky is accredited under San Marino CAR 145, affirming our compliance with international maintenance standards. This certification allows us to offer world-class maintenance services to business jet owners both in Japan and internationally.
