Procedure for Using Optional Services
- As a general rule, please contact us at least five days prior to your scheduled flight to arrange optional services.
- If the requested service is not included in the flight fee, we will inform you accordingly. If we have previously arranged a similar service, we will provide you with an estimated cost based on past arrangements.
*Please note that for first-time arrangements, it may take some time to provide a quotation.
- Optional service fees will be invoiced at the end of each month, with payment due by the end of the following month.
*Please note that optional service fees cannot be settled using the remaining balance of the flight deposit.
Regarding the Calculation of Charges for Optional Services
- The amount billed for optional services will include the actual incurred cost (including tax) plus a 10% arrangement fee.
*However, if the 10% arrangement fee is less than 10,000 yen, a flat fee of 10,000 yen (excluding tax) will be charged.
- For arrangements made from the day before up to the day of the scheduled flight, an additional 10% emergency handling fee may be charged.
*However, if the 20% emergency handling fee is less than 20,000 yen, a flat fee of 20,000 yen (excluding tax) will be charged.
- If, for safety or on-time operation reasons, we determine that additional optional fees may be required, we will promptly inform you as soon as this is identified and seek your approval.
However, if we are unable to contact you or in cases of high urgency, and the additional optional fees do not exceed 100,000 yen, we may proceed without your prior approval.
